Notorious, formerly Love Sugar Science, are a fantastic PR agency based in the heart of Manchester. An area full of art, colour and diversity. Rebranding as Notorious, we went at this with a free mind. A client who is receptive to the 'out-there' ideas are gold. And were just that. A communications business that wanted to 'do different'.
